It was a day of creations for my daughters -- a field trip with Habitat for Humanity (for the 1/2 and 3/4 classes) yielded great new thinking about insulation and house building, then a bridge construction project generated a conversation about partnership, collaboration, and bridge strength... The 5/6 has started an engineering unit - -check out Jamien's Blog on the topic -- and Grace is very enamored with Design Squad.
